Cressy delivered a wonderful personal service to me. She helped me overcome fears, anxiety, and trauma, all at my own pace. I have never felt as held, understood, and not judged before. I really encourage anyone who is wanting to seek counselling to contact Cressy. Whenever I think or talk about our journey together, I become emotional, as she truly changed my life and thought process, which was once my demon.
